CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Goldencello LLC generally accepts returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
Opened bottles of limoncello are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are defective or damaged during shipping. In such cases, customers can contact customer service as outlined below, for a replacement item or refund.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges of unopened limoncello bottles are generally accepted within 30 days of purchase with original packaging.
Exchanges will generally be accepted for the following reasons:
- You purchased the wrong flavor
- The item was a gift, and you prefer a different flavor
- *An item was damaged in shipment
All shipping costs for exchanges will be paid solely by the customer.
*If the item is damaged in shipment, Goldencello will cover the shipping costs for an exchange or refund.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We accept returns for only unopened products within 30 days of purchase provided the items are in their original condition or packaging.
You must contact us regarding initiating a return of any item within 30 days of your purchase and must be accompanied with an order number of the purchase, plus a reason for returning the product.
Some returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
ORDER DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If a packaged is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you receive a damaged package, please call us immediately at 206-279-3494 and we will contact our carrier and work on getting you a replacement at no cost to you.
YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
