Are Goldencello products made with organic fruit?
The lemon, orange, and grapefruit are organic, the lime is too volatile with organic peels. Hopefully in the future we can science out how to get the organic limes to work.
What process is used to make each flavor?
The process is the same for all of them. Peels, sugar, water, and alcohol in just the right amounts at just the right time. Most limoncello processes affect the sweetness of the flavor, I work with the strength of the flavor instead.
What does Goldencello liqueur taste like?
The smell of each fruit while its whole, but as alcohol and dessert.
How much alcohol is in each flavor?
47.5% 95-proof for all 4 flavors (Lemon, Orange, Lime, Grapefruit)
Do Goldencello products freeze?
They do not and in fact should be stored in the freezer.
Do Goldencello products have a shelf life?
As long as they are kept in a refrigerator or a freezer, they won’t go bad.
Where are Goldencello products made?
Everything is made at our state-of-the art distilled spirits plant (DSP) in Georgetown, Seattle. Our facility is located in the old Raineer Beer bottling plant.
What states are Goldencello products shipped to?
Currently just Washington, but Nevada, Oregon, and California permits are being worked on.
Can Goldencello products be purchased online?
As soon as the WSCLB approves our amended paperwork people will be able to order online in the state of WA and whichever states permits are completed for.
Are Goldencello products available in any retail stores?
Not currently, but the front desk of the Vintage Hotel in downtown Seattle carries them.
Where else can Goldencello products be enjoyed?
The Fairmount in downtown Seattle will be carrying our cellos soon as well as the T-Mobile bar at Lumen Field. Many more restaurants, hotels and event centers to follow.
